This is a hand driven coil winder, which can be converted into a motor driven one with some extra accessories.
This machine has some very good features.
It comes with the wire dispenser and a few wire guide wheels to make the winding easier.
The electronic sensor counter gives you the accurate count for turning.
The most wonderful feature of the machine I think is its automatic wire laying system for the coils. You can adjust the wire gauge adjuster and you can wind the coils smoothly.

The weight is about 20KGS or 40LB.
This winder is suitable for winding wires from AWG24# to AWG 43#. For SWG, it is #25 ~ #46.
