Very Good Item has been fully tested and worked just fine at time of testing. Item is sharp and clean in appearance, maybe a cosmetic scratch or two but nothing very noticeable; almost "new like".
Demo / New Item Item is brand new in condition and appearance. Item may have been used once or displayed at a trade show. Fully tested and has no function issues.
Sight & Sound Equipment logs all product serial numbers to protect / prevent item and or parts from swapping.
Most items will be used and in working condition. Some cleaning and minor repairs may be needed. All items will come with our rating condition scale, please review this when deciding on a purchase.
Most items are used, so don t expect new like quality.
Items are stored in a warehouse, so you may want to clean them again before use.
Sight & Sound Equipment will often list items as "B" or "Demo"; these items have been used one time only.
Sight & Sound Equipment is a licensed Government surplus reseller and items of this nature will be listed as such.
Please check the description carefully; we do not grant refunds or returns on items bought by mistake.
If there is a problem with an order, contact us immediately to discuss the problem. Any such problems must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your receipt of the item. After 7 days we will not accept a return or refund.
Sight & Sound Equipment has the option to either replace the returned an approved item or provide a full refund or exchange (given the circumstances.)
All items must be returned in "as-new" condition in the original packaging along with all accessories, owner s manuals and documentation. If a product is returned physically damaged / mis-used or missing components, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Items being picked up or delivered in the state of Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
Sight & Sound Equipment will need a fax number and a business phone number of the location the fax is being sent to.
Residential Freight Charge is a charge we pass along from the trucking company. This charge is for the truck to enter a "limited access" area. That includes but is not limited to residential areas, schools, churches and strip malls. It is up to the trucking company when this is charged and we simply pass it along, most trucking companies charge $50 or more for residential and $50 or more for a lift gate. Remember a business in a home is still a residential delivery.
Local Pick-up: - this will go where the bottom warranty button is / was.
Item must be removed from our warehouse within 10-days after purchase. If not, then a restocking fee of $5 per day will be charged to you.
If accrued restocking fee surpasses the original purchase price, then the said item will be re-listed and you will forfeit the item and any and all refunds based on item being abandoned.
