The Adcraft Warmer is quality built for years of service. Constructed of Stainless Steel, it is durable and looks nice. Inner liner is 20 guage 18/8 stainless steel. Element support is steel and directs the heat toward the liner.
* Exterior is 22.5" x 14.5 and is 9.25" high.
* The interior is 20"x12"x6.5" high.
* Interior will hold a full size steamtable pan, or 2 half size pans, or 3 third size pans, or 6 sixth size pans, or a mixture of third and sixth pans. All up to 6" deep [the deepest]
