This is a USED Carlisle Portable Food and Salad Bar. The Carlisle 6606 6' Six Star portable salad bar has an open base. The 6606 is constructed of tough polyethylene which resists scratching and is simple to clean. The 6606 is filled with thick polyurethane foam to hold ice for hours and help keep your food at the correct serving temperature. The faucet type drain plug on the 6606 makes water removal a simple task. The 6606 comes complete with double-sided, acrylic sneeze guards and sturdy, recessed, 5", non-marking, swivel casters, two with brakes and two without. All items have been cleaned and tested.
