We have a Traulsen custom cooking center with a griddle and fryer
The unit has refrigerated drawers underneath
There is a Wells model F886 fryer with serial # OG1688
The griddle is a Toastmaster model 7036 (36") with serial # 11-1202-80
The unit is 208 volts and the cooking equipment can be 1 or 3 phase
All stainless steel construction
Cutting or workboard on one side
There are no pans for the cooler drawers
This was being used in a hospital grill area until it closed the first week in January. We removed it and it was working fine
This is a very expensive set up new. Probably over $10,000 new
