This is a unit of USED GROEN ELECTRIC TILT SKILLET MODEL FPC-3. (STOCK # 10164).
The unit has been picked up from a restaurant that went out of business recently. It has been tested by our technicians and it is found to be in good working condition. I did a little research and this model refers to 30 Gallon Kettle. The unit works with 230V, 1 Phase, 55 Amps electric. This Groen unit is made of high quality stainless steel, which is in good cosmetic condition. The exterior of the unit is in good condition. There no chips or cracks on the body. The tilting mechanism works fine with no glitches. The dimensions of this unit are 48"wide x 37"deep x 42"high overall.
