The Blackstone Griddle features a large 36 x 20 thick rolled steel cooking surface and 4 independently controlled cast iron burners for constant, even heat distribution. A push button igniter offers a convenient start and low to high temperature settings provide versatile cooking options, allowing you to prepare different items all at once.
Assembly is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Blackstone griddles have been manufactured so that there are NO tools necessary for assembly. Simply unfold the legs, insert the cross bar, attach the thumb screws and set the griddle on top.
