If you need a derivation Tee or a ball valve , we will assemble for you, just scan us a layout of your proyect.

Natural gas appliances work properly at a pressure between 5"WC and 8" WC . So the allowable pressure drop in your line is around 3" WC. Use the load (power) going through the line and divide by the pressure loss / foot into 3 to get the max distance. For example a barbcue grill fas a load of about 50,000 BTUH , corresponds to 54,567 in the table below,...the pressure drop for this load is 0.046. If we divide 3" WC by 0.046 , we get an allowable distance of 65.2 feet for your gas line in Natural gas.
PRESSURE LOSS in "W.C. per foot - NATURAL GAS 0.64 Specific Gravity
LPG gas appliances work properly at a pressure between 9"WC and 11" WC . So the allowable pressure drop in your line is around 2" WC. Use the load (power) going through the line and divide by the pressure loss / foot into 3 to get the max distance. For example a barbcue grill fas a load of about 50,000 BTUH , ,...the pressure drop for this load is 0.006. If we divide 3" WC by 0.046 , we get an allowable distance of 333 feet for your gas line in LPG gas.
