You always hear about machines that do it all for you except drink it. This machine is not one of those. It is a two-group user-friendly but only friendly to the people who want to use it properly and enjoy using it. I am of the old school that cappuccino is a object that you have to enjoy making, building, and understanding all its components. It is so odd when you hear somebody asking for an idiot proof machine when they know that a cappuccino made by an idiot, it is not even worth its cost (about .30 cents) let alone its selling price about $5.00 "a'la'starbuck". Going back to this machine, you get a brand new, reliable unit with automatic water refill, steam hot water, and two brew heads capable of producing six shots per minute each (woah!, wouldn't you like to be able to use all of that brewed java and get paid for it?). All this for about 20% of what you would pay for a machine that to run you would have to go through the pain of hiring an idiot and qualify him or her for the job. Needless to say, I would help you in the harnessing of all the secrets that would entail making a wonderful cappuccino with this machine after which I can assure you your confidence level would be so high and your excitement would be so energized, that you would fill one of those masterful cappuccino, work of art you came out with is worth not $5, but 10 bucks.
