Used Double Johnson Gas Hi-Speed Heat Treat Furnaces models 142. The serial numbers are 5-90 and 12-94. The BTU/hr input is 180,000. Inside dimensions are approx. 19" deep, 7" high, and 11" wide. The overall footprint of the unit is 8' X 4'. Weight is about 1100 lbs
They are set up to run on Natural gas and 110 volt power. Includes FUJI pyw-4 programmable temperature/process control with Simone probes and spark ignition with dual blowers. These furnaces are claimed to reach 1500 deg F in 15 min and 2300 deg F in 50 min. Push button spark ignition and solid state air control.
Accessories and spare parts included are: 4ea tong sets, 3 new refractory pieces including two hearths, blower with bearings plus brushes, new control probe.
Also included are manuals for the furnace and controls.
New cost of this setup would be about $17,000
