This is a Siemens Corning (Siecor) Optical Power Meter Test set. Set is in excellent physical condition with barely any signs of use.
Both the OTS-300 Optical Meter and OTS-100 Optical Source power on properly. I tested both modes (850nm/1300nm) and the meter was operating properly. The display on the meter is in excellent shape and the backlight is working perfectly.
