Features of the LDC/Milton Roy e.c. Amperometric HPLC Liquid Chromatography Detector:
This detector has been engineered to offer increased sensitivity and reproducibility whenever a versatile or dedicated amperometric detector is required for liquid chromatography. The e.c. monitor feature a carbon-polymer tubular working electrode which requires no polishing or prior preperations. The working potential range of the detector is +/- 1,999 V. Incorporated into the design of the e. c. monitor are consideration for maximum convenience and operating efficiency. Other standard features include a sensitivity range of 0.1 to 200 mA full scale, a filter switch for selection of output response times of .05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0 seconds and a continuous coarse and fine offset control to compensate for background current due to solvents, electrolytes, and any contaminants in the mobile phase. Diagnostics are provided to permit user to determine deviations from normal operating conditions.
