we have been making these ovens since 2002
outside dimensions 52" wide 53" deep 86"high
inside dimensions 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 72" high ...................yes 6' tall inside !!!!!!
walls, top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with fiberglass insulation ......not 2" thick like other cheap ovens on the market
mounted on castors for ease of pushing around your shop
unit draws 40 amps of power
requires 220v single phase 3 wire for hook up
circulation fan spreads air evenly inside the oven
3 expanded metal shelves allow you to sit parts inside , shelves are removable
trolley on the ceiling allows you to roll parts into the oven via a over head trolley system
6x6 window mounted in center of the door allows you to look inside oven to watch for "flow out"
inside light assembly helps to view parts inside
This oven is the loaded version to our base oven, allowing you to powder coat just about anything you have in mind, whether it be wheels, motorcycle frames, small parts, etc. This oven should allow you to get the job done.

Our open face dust collection booths are the perfect addition for the average do it yourselfer looking for an economical way to collect over spray from powder coating operations .

The top of the dust collection unit has 6 bag filters to allow you to vent the unit right back into your shop. The filters on the back wall let you get the majority of the dust without always needing to replace the bag filter assembly.
