VC65 high speed vision smart camera - vision system plc
This is a Vision Components VC65 smart camera with a 48mm F1.4 c-mount lens. It was used only for testing and data analysis as a development camera.
The VC65 camera is a compact, light-weight black-and-white progressive scan video camera with video memory and an image processor. It integrates a high-resolution CCD sensor with a fast image-processing signal processor. A dynamic RAM is used to store data and video images. Interfaces allow communication with the outside world thru optically coupled I/O signals ( 2 inputs, 4 outputs), a serial interface, and vga image output. The camera is built for industrial applications with regards to the image resolution, the sturdiness of the casing, and the electromagnetic compatibility. The cameras are insensitive to vibrations and shocks, while permitting precise measurements and tests.
It is ideally suited as an OEM camera for mechanical engineering applications, automated inspections, precise measurements, image comparison, and / or any industrial task that requires high speed automated sorting. Only a supply voltage is required to operate the cameras (12 volts DC). An image processing system or a PC with a frame grabber board is not necessary. Simple control problems can even be implemented with the integrated process interfaces. The camera can be programmed in C for various tasks, and once programmed, it is a self contained automated vision system that does not require a PC, or PLC to perform it's tasks.
This camera has been tested and verified to to be in excellent working order. Only what is seen is offered. There are no cables included. The ADSP software is included along with installation and PDF manuals on an included CD. Cables can be made using the included documentation, or bought from a Vision Components distributor. A refund is offered if camera is returned within 7 days.
