This METRIC bearing measures 160mm long x 79.4mm wide x 12.8mm thick, securely mounts to (1) METRIC 40 mm T-slot extrusion side, and then allows for another METRIC 40 mm extrusion side to slide back and forth on the bearing pad surface. (40 Series Double Keyed UniBearing Pads, part #40-6893, can be used to assist with proper alignment). This part features UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) bearing pads which are self lubricating and have a low coefficient of friction. These bearing pads are universal and can be removed or installed quickly on an existing T-slot aluminum extrusion without taking the frame apart.
