We manufacturer goosenecks, pintle hitches, drop decks, hydraulic dovetails, tilt decks, container trailers, sliding axle trailers and anything we or you can dream up.

A50 Grade Ibeam 12" 19lb frame and neck 52,000psi shear strength rating
4' high x 8' wide x 16' long hydraulic dump trailer with removable sides and rear doors.
15 ton hoist (the heaviest in the business)
Slide in ramps for loading a skid steer or tractor
Dexter 10K axles with electric brakes, forward self adjusting.
Suspension is adjustable. (you can align it, a Brute exclusive)
Where the main frame crossmembers meet the main frame the joint is fully profiled. (this means that instead of burning out with a cutting torch at a 45 degree angle, the joint is fully contoured at the frame.
Neck Gussets are cold formed plate steel
Laminated steel overlay plate at neck joint (a Brute exclusive)
Dual Bulldog jacks are bolt on (not the cheap weld type on that you halfway destroy the neck removing them when they get bent)
Couplers are rated at 25,000lbs not the typical 20,000lb
3" channel vertical crossmembers on sides
Steps up each side for access to dump box
2" x 3/8" rub rail with stake pockets on 24" centers
2 men spend 2 days smoothing down all exposed welds, makeing sure almost no B-B's are present, rounding off all corners and general prep work prior to prime and paint
Trailer is acidized with Phosphoric Acid to treat metal prior to prime and paint. Phosphoric acid changes microscopic paritcles of rust into ferric oxide to minimize rust forming later on.
There is 100% prime and paint coverage no drop outs, even in the hidden areas
Priming is done with a Red Oxide (super rust inhibiting) primer
Painting is done with an automotive base 2 part hardner/basecoat paint (As opposed to regular $11/gallon trailer paint ours is $80/gallon) OUr paint is a 4-6 year gloss versus 8-9 months on regualr paint. Caution be very leery about powder coated trailers, there is a reason automobile manufacturers don't powder coat anything on a car. We will never go the cheap route on our finishes.
Trailers are FOB Factory, but delivery is available nationwide (we don't go into Canada, but can meeet you at the border)
