1150 gallon reactor, 316 SS, 63inch ID x 4'10" seam to seam, dish top, cone bottom, Max Design Press-325 psig @ 650F. Internal Coil 60 psi, 82 sq.ft, 3" verticle tubes. Mfd by Fritz W. Glitsch & Sons, Inc., Serial # 648515-B, Built in 1965 and refurbished in 1997. Top Openings: (8) 3", (2) 4", (1) 6", (1) 18" center. Drawings and Data Records Intact. Complete with instrumentation to control temperature (via circulating hot oil) and liquid level. Temperature and liquid level indicators included. Last Operated 11/97. Also included is a Lightin Agitator, Model 72S10 heavy duty, flanged mount. Gear drive is Series 70, Size 2, 9.38 to 1 reduction ratio, 187 rpm output. 10 Hp, 1750 rpm, 230/460/3/60, explosion proof encl. Double mechanical seal. Dead End lubricator with cooling system. Stainless steel (316) impellar is a 2" diameter x 94" long shaft, an upper 18" A-200 45 degree pitched blade turbine, and a lower 18" 6-bladed Rushton turbine.
