Hatco FDW-2 Flav-R-Fresh Heated Display Case
This Flav-R-Fresh cabinet provides controlled, moisturized heat that lets you display and hold hot foods longer using minimum counter space. There are separate heat and humididty controls to keep crisp foods crisp and moist foods moist for hours.
The controls and water reservoir are located at the top of the unit for easy access. The temperature monitor indicates the cabinet temperature. There are also indicator lights for the water level and humidity cycle.
