The software discs all say "Operation Disk Revision AR 4.5 PN 420 1 13.045" on them but three of them say "Drive A PN 420113.845 Rev. A" and 2 of them say "Drive B PN 420114.845 Rev. A". The third-to-last picture shows some connections that looks to me like they would connect to external components as I can't see anywhere where they would connect to inside the machine.
There is a sticker on this that shows a serial number of 941195 and System # DIMN AR/IMT.
