This is a brand new, Model Puhui T-862++ soldering/rework station from Puhui Technologies, an entry level desoldering/soldering rework station for surface or hole mount components. With T-862++ , you get a temperature controlled rework welder station with all the enhancements including IRDA preheating surface, Infrared centered or dissipated preheating, and Soldering Iron. All controllers are fully digital.
FOR BGA , use the IRDA Ceramic preheating plate and your Infrared light gun for the Mini BGA chips or chips secured by hooks in the middle of the chips, for turbo car chips or controlling speed chips is special to mount, dismount and make controlling boards.
This rework station is ESD-Safe and it is made of metal and coated with a static-dissipative paint and allows for Soldering and desoldering BGA, Mini BGA, QFP, SOP, PLCC or SOJ.

BASIC : WE HAVE THE PUHUI T-862 - IT ONLY DOES CHIPS UNTIL 18mm, THE PLATE IS 60 * 120mm and the equipment is SOLDERING IRON, IRDA HEATING PLATE AND INFRARED BEAM ONLY. IS CHEAP AND IS BASIC. THIS MACHINE IS NOT OFFERING THE WORLD OF WONDERS OF WELDING. IS A GOOD MACHINE FOR MINI LAPTOPS, MEDIUM LAPTOPS AND MINI BOARDS, SPECIALLY MOBILE PHONE ONES OR MAYBE TURBO CHIPS, BUT WONT DO BIG CHIPS.
ADVANCED: WE HAVE THE SKD 862D++ - IT DOES CHIPS UNTIL 35mm , THE PLATE IS 120 * 120mm the equipment is SOLDERING IRON, HEATING HOT AIR GUN, HEATING PLATE AND INFRARED BEAM. IS MIDDLE CLASS PRICE BUT WONT DO EXTRA BIG CHIPS OR BIG MAIN BOARDS. THE BEAM IS DIRECT AND WITH NO LENSES TO DECREASE OR INCREASE TEMPERATURE. THIS MACHINE DOES YOUR HEATING SOLDERING , LAPTOPS, MEDIUM BOARDS AND ALL THE MINI ONES . BUT AGAIN DOES NOT OFFER LENSES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE IR GUN. IS HOW THE TECHNOLOGY IS DESIGNED. THE LENSES IN ANY MACHINE DO NOT ROUTE THE BEAM , JUST DO EXPANSION OR REDUCTION OF TEMPERATURE, NOT FOCUSING.

IS MIDDLE CLASS PRICE, BUT WILL HAVE LENSES ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BEAM. HAS 2 LENSES TO GRADUATE TEMPERATURES. THIS MACHINE DOES YOUR HEATING SOLDERING , LAPTOPS, MEDIUM BOARDS AND ALL THE MINI ONES IS IN THE SAME CLASS PRICE OF THE ADVANCED MACHINE BUT PROVIDES MORE QUALITY FINISHING THAN THE ADVANCED ONE AND THE EXTRA LENSES, BUT DO NOT HAVE HEATING BLAZING HOT AIR GUN.
