Man lift 500LB 17 foot height stationary
I have a stationary manlift that goes from 7 foot to 17 foot high.
It has A.C. electric and D.C. , the A.C. portion doesn t work at this time, I have not checked to see exactly why. The D.C. (battery portion does work).
It goes its full travel up and down.
It has hand rails and chain across the basket to prevent falls.
There are controls in the basket that have a long cord so that it could be operated from the ground.
There is a safety lowering control near the motor to lower the basket in the event of emergency, without the use of the remote control.
The Platform flips down for storage or going under an overhead obstruction.
I will demonstrate for the new owner.
I had intended to put wheels on it and tow it around the house with my garden tractor for higher yard/roof maintenance but I already have to many projects.
Although this unit functions fine where it is, the bill of sale WILL state that it is being sold NON FUNCTIONAL, (I am keeping the battery therefore nonfunctional) this is for liability reasons, a logical person can appreciate this.
