The surface of Orafil - Plus hardens within 20 30 min by absorbing water (e.g. saliva action). After 2 3 h the temporary filling can be subjected to mastication pressure.
For ideal setting or to speed up setting, Orafil - Plus should be kneaded like a dough with wet gloves prior to application into the cavity. Moist cement paste hardens up quickly. Top surface of cavity should be coated with a think layer of glycerine to prevent cement erosion.
