Vintage Hickok Packard Model 150 Hand Held DC Voltmeter (The Hickok Electrical Instrument Company, Cleveland, Ohio, located at 10514 Dupont Avenue, Telephone # (***)-541-8060). Superb condition. Other numbers are 215172, and 46, and 8B. I believe this unit was pre-Hewlett Packard. Bakelite case with lots of brass, and brushed brass on the inside. A battery testing unit that reads "defective, discard, good" with test areas of red, yellow, and green. Scales are from 0 to 10 on the top side reading, and 0 to 3 on the bottom side reading. Glass front. Hand held unit or can be hung up. A precision antique that is built with perfection like a swiss clock.
