This item was purchased about a year ago and has never been used. we did labe the case and but have never used the mask.The mask still has the safety sticker on the sheild, the cartrage has the seal on it as well. See photso of labes for product infomration. NOT TO BR USED IN enviorment with less then 19.5% o2. any question please ask. Great product orginaly paid $350.00 for set up form MSA.
