Here we have a quantity of 100 pieces. Old stock
These are sold as a general purpose npn transistor.
Will replace BC107, BC108 & BC109 in Most Applications.
In years gone by these where know by Elector Magazine readers as a TUN. ie Transistor Universal NPN.
The actual specification is shown below.
Please note some, not all of these transistors are unmarked, not as they where purchased like this but being rocked about in drawers for a few years the markings come off.
Made by motorola, lovely gold plated leads. They are a steel at this price.
