The HEAT-MASTER System is a computerized climate control system designed for small residential
apartment buildings, commercial office buildings, schools, warehouses, nursing homes, greenhouses,
industrial plants, etc... . The HEAT-MASTER uses WIRELESS space temperature sensors to provide

The HEAT-MASTER System consists of the following:
1 THE HEAT-MASTER CONTROL PANEL: The HEAT-MASTER is a Pre-Programmed Burner Start-Stop or Zone Valve (Open Close) Control system designed to control space temperatures and heating plant operation in all types of buildings. Features include LCD Display,
Summer-Winter Changeover and HEAT-OVERRIDE button.
2 P.C. BASED SOFTWARE (Optional) w/Remote Communications: The HEAT-MASTER can be accessed via a Personal Computer that utilizes the HEAT-MASTER S user friendly software to display Color Graphics of sensor values, equipment status, view alarms, print reports and change operating parameters. The P.C. can be located on-site or hundreds of miles away.
3. SENSORS: The HEAT-MASTER base systems comes with 3 Wireless Space Sensors, 1 Outdoor Air Sensor and 1 Output Relay to Start-Stop a burner or Open-Close a Zone Valve.
4. BOILER or PUMP LEAD-LAG CONTROL: The HEAT-MASTER is capable of controlling multiple Burners or Pumps to maintain steam pressure, hot water temperature or building temperature. If the Lead burner fails the Lag burner is commanded to start.
BUILDING OPTIMIZATION AND COMFORT:
With the implementation of the HEAT-MASTER System, occupant comfort will be greatly increased.
Fuel Savings are achieved by shutting down the heating plant when space temperatures reach Set Point.
This prevents occupants from opening windows to cool over heated space.
Further optimization is accomplished using one or all of the following configurations:
1. ECONO RUN : The HEAT-MASTER controls the burner to start and stop based on a majority vote of sensors calling for heat. For example; if 2 out of 3 sensors vote for heat, the burner is commanded On and remains calling until 1 only sensor calls for heat.
2. ECONO-WEATHER : The HEAT-MASTER automatically varies (resets) the burner ON time based on outdoor and indoor air
temperature. The burner is commanded to run longer on colder days.
3. ECONO-BOOST : Early Morning Heat Boost provides heat to occupants between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. only when
outdoor air temperatures are below 55 F degrees.
4. TEMPORARY HEAT OVERRIDE: The HEAT-MASTER control panel includes a momentary heat override switch. Pressing the override button one time provides 45 minutes of heat.
