Bunn cds ultra basic tools -- slush, frozen beverage
BASIC TOOLS NEEDED TO WORK ON THE BUNN CDS OR ULTRA MACHINES
This is a brand new set of tools to work on any Bunn CDS-2, CDS-3, Ultra-1 or Ultra-2 machine. You will receive:
1 - Compact very bright LED flashlight with batteries
These most basic tools allow you to open the side covers, auger motor covers, check the alignment of shaft pins before removing the auger motor and auger shaft, remove old shaft seals and bushings, and check the inside of the shaft alley for leaking product.
The machine sides are held on by two screws that have either a 1/4" nut or a phillips or flat screw head. The auger motor covers are held on with two flat head screws. The 6-in-1 screwdriver works on all of these screws. The compact and bright LED flashlight allows you to look in front of the auger motor before removing the motor or shaft to ensure the split pins are pointed to the left to avoid damage to the torque sensor board during removal. After removing the shaft, the compact and bright light allows you to look through the shaft alley to ensure it is clean before installing new bushings and seals.
