we have been making ovens since 2002, not only do we make ovens . but we also powder coat so we can even give you a few pointers . our feed back speaks for itself on our ovens and other items we make . we are also well known on the internet web forums . so if you are unsure of us just do a search on teds fabrication , you will get plenty of hits .
this oven is plenty big enough to do chopper frames , and other big parts that most of the do it yourselfer will do .

inside dimensions 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 72" high
sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal
metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame
jig welded frame , frames are not screwed or bolted together like others
walls top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with fiberglass insulation
2 cam lock latches allow for quick in and out access.
mounted on steel wheeled castors for ease of pushing around your shop
oven will heat up to 400 degs within 20 mins on a 240v circuit .
operates on 220v 3 wire { 1 red, 1 black, 1 white ,1green}
unit draws 27 amps of power
equipped with a digital controller with inside temp reading and set points
cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out"
wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises
all interior panels are overlapped sheet metal . we do not use any type of fire cualk or something that will degrade over time . this way it will always have the same seal .
