This is used and in good condition. It was taken off of a working machine. The edge of the communication connector is broken. I have the pieces but was afraid to attempt to repair, so I will include the broken pieces in case you wish to try. This still is guaranteed to work, you just have to be careful when plugging in that connector. It could also use a good cleaning.
