This is a lot of two binders that my husband obtained at Amada School in 1996. The training cost $3,000, and he assures me that the information in these manuals is still highly useful and relevant.
The FIRST BINDER entitled Machine Operator Training Workbook actually has two manuals:
Sections: Description, Safety, Control Panels, Machine Operation, NC Operations, Program Storage and Editing, Cutting Data Screens, Maintenance, Alarms, plus an Index and Additional Information.
2. Pulsar XL Altair II Addendum
Includes: NC Focus System Operator Manual
LC1212 Pulsar Operator Manual (this has the same sections as described above in (1).
The SECOND BINDER is entitled Laser Pulsar, Altair (Version 1-5c) Programming Workbook. It has the following sections: Safety, General Machine Commands, Holes and Patterns, Writing Programs, Applied Holes and Patterns.
