The lamps we use cost about $16.00 compared to the $565.00 SAH-250-B (SAH250B) Mercury Vapor Short Arc Lamps made by North American Philips Lighting Corporation. The lamp we use remains bright throughout its entire life while the Mercury-Arc lamp flickers, darkens, looses its brightness and gets difficult to light as it ages. Our lamp can be turned on and off for each use while the mercury lamp must stay on all the time, wasting electricity and shortening lamp life. DO NOT TOUCH LAMP WITH FINGERS AS THE SALT FROM THEM WILL BURN INTO THE QUARTZ ENVELOPE. WASH LAMP WITH ALCOHOL IF TOUCHED.
OUR SYSTEM PAYS FOR ITSELF IN ABOUT TWO YEARS.
Each Retrofit comes with a Three Year Warranty and FREE LAMPS FOR LIFE.
