Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item, notify us of your problem to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We will respond to your issue within one business day. If you receive a RA number, you'll need to place it on the outside of your returned item so we'll know when and why it is been received at our warehouse. Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at Instawares and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may take several days to process.
