I am a very mechanically oriented person I hold myself in the highest integrity, my word means a world to me so you won't get bull from me, and I am also not desperate for money, I want to help you as well as myself get a fair, straight and honest deal. I had acquired some restaurant equipment in an endeavor to start a restaurant, but decided against it. I had spent endless amount of time to find good equipment, and this mixer was acquired from a friend who owned a local restaurant that closed in Marietta square, it was used lightly to make sauces etc. I knew the mixer's history and I knew mechanically was in great shape with a couple of aesthetic issues with I fixed and now looks great overall.
It can work in either 3 phase 208V or 1 phase (220V with my optional 3 phase converter so you can run it off 1 phase, which is also for sale ($220) if you don't have 3 phase)
It has a timer, safety features (stopping the motor) during the change of gears, No oil leaks, the gears are very sound and tight and smooth. All functions can be tested I can hook it up with my converter out of a 220V dryer outlet.
It includes a whisk, a paddle and a hook and a 40 qt bowl, and this mixer can take an attachment (not included to enlarge it's capacity if necessary)
You'll be proudly displaying this mixer no matter how good your kitchen is, it will fit proudly, it not only looks great overall, but works great - tested !
