All common carrier deliveries are "tailgate" specific, i.e. drivers are not obligated to unload and carry furniture into your residence or business. Additional charges for large items needing a tailgate lift due to no loading dock will apply. Additional charges for residential delivery will apply.
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
C. TYPE OF RESTITUTION - An item that qualifies for an adjustment or refund is limited to one of the following options: 1) Major problems, (i.e. fakes, significant alteration, major mechanical flaw, etc.) will result in full money back refund or adjustment in sale price or repair. VQV Furniture Group shall be the judge as to the final resolution. 2) Less than major problems or discrepancies are not part of the guarantee and no refund or adjustment will be considered for less than major problems.
6. WITHDRAWAL - VQV Furniture Group reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
12. CONCEALED DAMAGE - If product has concealed damaged or is defective, the damage must be reported to VQV Furniture Group within 5 business days. A VQV FURNITURE GROUP Damage Report needs to be submitted along with pictures of the damage or defect and the original carton.
13. PERSONAFILE ACCOUNT: Upon your request the VQV FURNITURE GROUP will send an i-link to the item you purchased to your office furniture account. This Personafile account will contain your product warranty information, assembly instructions, and contact information for the manufacturer of the product you purchased.

Exceptions to this warranty include: Seating mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, fabric and foam, which are warranted for one (1) year.
