Condition: Used. Came out of a bakery in pomona CA. Looks like it was given a coat of paint - not a professional job but it does look clean. The old paid had chipped and a new layer was painted over without stripping old paint off.
Mechanically, it has been fully tested and works great in every gear.

*Both dollies roll perfectly but they can use a cleaning and paint job.
