Faulty product claim made within 30 Days
Complete this form if the consumer has returned faulty product.
To benefit from this service, you must provide valid proof (i.e receipt) of the consumers purchase occurring within 30 days of the fault being reported. Complete the Guarantee Claim form to arrange a free collection and return of the product to Toolstream for inspection and replacement. Upon inspection, should the fault be confirmed as having occurred due to a material or manufacturing defect, within the 30 day period, we will notify you by email and the replacement product will be dispatched free of charge.

We recommend you attach the consumers receipt to one of these notes whenever a purchase is made. Upon inspection, should the fault be confirmed as being caused by a manufacturing or material defect, the manufacturer will repair and return the product free of charge to the consumer directly.
