Chicken coop chick brooder poultry fowl hen house
Up for sale is our Medium chicken coop. The design is great for a city/urban coop or even an indoor chick brooder. This coop is full of great features and includes 2 nesting boxes, 34" removable roosting perch, sliding coop door, sliding plexiglass vent window, and even a slide out floor for easy cleaning. Works excellent for housing up to 5 full size hens or 8 bantam (bantee) hens. Made one at a time in the U.S.A. at our shop in Minnesota.
* Green pressure treated lumber engineered to be used outside. Safe for animals and engineered to withstand weather, rotting, mold, mildew, termites & fungal decay. The pressure treated lumber used is a certified EPP (environmentally preferable product). Most commonly used for outdoor decks and patio's. Will also work great indoors as a chick brooder, just snap off the roof and hang a heat lamp.
* dual wall poly roofing, siding, and flooring. The dual poly layers help keep the coop cool on the inside on hot summer days. It also helps keep the warmth in the coop on cold winter days.
* Removable roof access door. Simply release 4 snaps and the roof slides open and or off allowing you access for cleaning and egg removal.
* 2 removable nesting boxes. It is far better to have removable nesting boxes when you are tiding up the coop.
* Removable 34" roosting perch. Great for your chickens to hang their heads at night. With the perch being removable it is a breeze to clean.
* Sliding coop door. Great feature that can be slid open and closed from either the inside of the coop or the outside. This will help keep your chickens predator safe and warm at night.
* Awsome sliding plexiglass vent window, allowing you to set the level of fresh air. Window is also protected by chicken wire so it is predator safe.
* Large 10"x 30" coop ladder. The longer ladder makes it easy for young and bantam chickens to enter and exit the coop.
* Slide out coop floor. Simply release 2 snaps and the floor slides right out for easy cleaning. Just give it a squirt with the hose and your coop floor is clean again and ready for new bedding.
* Smooth poly coop interior and exterior makes it super easy to clean with a hose and will never rot out. Trust me you want to enjoy your chickens, and not spend your day scrubbing out chicken poop.
* No need to paint or stain every year because this coop has a maintenance free exterior. If you want your coop to match the color of your house or your decor, you can certainly paint the coop if you so desire.
* The coop was designed to allow your chickens enough space to shade themself underneath the coop on sunny days.
* The coop is light enough that you and a friend can easily relocate your coop at any time. The roof overhang works as a great transport handle!!!

Sliding Coop Door is 10" Wide x12" Tall
Nesting boxes are 12"x12"x12" each
Also in the picture that shows the sliding base it appears as thou the bedding material would slide off when the floor is slid out. This is not the case, the floor will have spacing to keep bedding from dropping when slid out. Thanks
