We charge an honest postal rate, which covers our costs to send the item and our labour / material costs.
Most items will be sent via royal mail. Our standard postal service is 2nd class post, but we can send 1st class upon request.
Heavy / large items are sent by a national courier. Deliveries sent by this method to postcode areas KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, FK, KY or to Ireland / offshore are charged at an extra cost. This cost is shown in most listings, if not then please contact us.
We aim to despatch goods within 1-3 working days of an order being received. Orders placed on a bank holiday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day.
Most items are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, if not stated in the listing then please enquire. A Vat receipt is provided with every order.
