I have one brand new commercial/industrial quality gulper nozzle (ShopVac part #901-74-00) that's built like a tank and will last a lifetime. This pickup nozzle is designed for Shop Vacs using 1-1/2 inch diameter hose and generally costs about $50. Generally speaking, commercial and industrial shop vacuums and vacs found at car washes use the industrial 1-1/2" hose. If your vacuum uses 1-1/4" or 2" or 2-1/2" hose, conversion adapters are available from a variety of sources.
