Since Sandvik Coromant introduced CoroDrill 880 a couple of years ago its proven performance has moved short-hole drilling on to a new level in hole making.
The features that put the CD880-drill in a new class of its own are higher productivity and reliability as well as the ability to drill better-quality holes. This has been achieved by a new cutting action made possible through the step technology, along with further developed chip evacuation as well as advances in indexable insert technology.
