Nostalgia electrics hdc-701 old fashioned hot dog cart
this unit is already fully assembled and ready for use. It is brand new, but was assembled because the box was damaged
that the hot dogs roll and cook on was damaged, so I bought a replacement roller assembly. There are a few minor scratches
on the plexiglass 'sneeze guard' but these do not detract from its usability or attractiveness.
All but the one generic picture are the actual unit.
Now for the sales pitch: This Old Fashioned Hot Dog Cart is a durable enameled steel cart with a great vintage feel, much like the street vendor
carts of yesteryear... It comes with hot dog rollers for cooking, and two large steaming inserts for keeping both hot dogs and buns fresh.
There are three smaller, condiment inserts that can be used for chili, sauerkraut, etc. These are easily removable for cleaning. An on-board beverage cooler keeps drinks ice cold, while the service shelf holds paper goods, condiments, etc. The umbrella and 'sneeze-guard' cover for protection of foods.
In addition to cooking hot dogs, sausage or brats, the cart can be used as an interesting addition to any outdoor cookout....such as a baked potato,
rice, pasta or veggie cart, a salad bar, Mexican food buffet, dessert cart, etc...use your imagination!
Weight is about 70 pounds, but it rolls easily on it's set of large wheels. Dimensions of the cart (without umbrella) are 53" wide, by 17.5" deep, by 48" tall.
It is the ideal unit for a home BBQ, fundraiser, pool party, birthday party, clubhouse event, or neighborhood block party or carnival.
