These four Mullard 6BJ6 double triode valves have been tested on an AVO valve tester and have very good characteristics. All four valves are marked CV4031 and two are also marked as Mullard M8081 valves. the other two valves carry Mullard type factory markings. They appear to be little used if at all.
Specification for 6BJ6 :- Ia = 8.5 mA & Gm = 5.3 mA/V for Va = 100V, & Vg = -0.8 V
Valve 1;- triode1; Ia = 6.6 mA & Gm = 4.3 mA/V; triode2; Ia = 4.6 mA & Gm = 3.4 mA/V
Valve 2;- triode1; Ia = 5.7 mA & Gm = 3.6 mA/V; triode2; Ia = 7.8 mA & Gm = 4.8 mA/V
Valve 3;- triode1; Ia = 7.1 mA & Gm = 4.4 mA/V; triode2; Ia = 5.6 mA & Gm = 3.35 mA/V
Valve 4;- triode1; Ia = 6.9 mA & Gm = 3.95 mA/V; triode2; Ia = 7.9 mA & Gm = 4.0 mA/V
