This sale is for one Hokuyo AC-NSAA-Z Auto Counter. Input = 100-110VAC, reset = 100-110VAC. Max counting speed 20 counts per second. Stock # 2010010013
This is a nice heavy duty auto counter in a compact form. I've seen my share of counters but nothing as 'heavy duty' as this little counter. The case is steel , the mounting bracket is glass filled nylon, and the front bezel is ABS plastic. I am used to the cheap plastic ones that break after a few hours. Not this unit. Looks like it could be Mil spec or Marine certified. Counter mounts into a standard DIN type cut out (30mm x 54mm or 1.15 x 2.1 inches) (YES - fits the same size slot as the cheap plastic ones). Comes with mounting bracket. Unit has been tested and works great. I don't think it was ever used but since I can't find the box - I am selling it as used.
Screw terminals on back of unit labeled "COUNT" connect to 100-110VAC. For each 100-110VAC pulse across this terminal, the counter counts UP one digit.
Screw terminals on back of unit labeled ""RESET" connect to 100-110VAC. To reset counter back to "000000", energize this terminal one pulse (use momentary on button).
Hokuyo has some information on their website about the counters in this series. They say this little counter was built to run 200 million cycles and has a shock rating of 500m/sec squared. Built to last is an understatement. If you have any questions, email or call George at (***)-517-5085.
