Business plan premium review for investment funding
Business plan review premium is a seven hour review of your business plan and other materials by a senior partner in our firm. A detailed written evaluation is provided within that time and the consultant will make as many changes as possible within that time frame.
The changes and evaluation are mailed or e-mailed to you for your review.
Then a 60 minute phone consultation conference is scheduled to answer your questions and give you additional guidance and advice in developing your plan.
Review of financials, marketing, presentation, structure, risk management, goals, executive summary, pitch deck are all reviewed with noted suggestions.
This review is for a business plan that has first draft completion and is preparing to be sent to investors (bank, angel investors, venture capital, etc.). A typical investment grade business plan takes 6 to 8 weeks to develop and can require more than 100 hours. This service is not to write your plan but for review prior to capital search. ProMMC does write complete business plans and we can provide a quote for that service.
Your plan will be reviewed and consultation will be with a senior partner who has gone through this funding process multiple times as an executive / business owner and recieved funding that was requested. Your consultant has been in your position, looking for funding from banks, angel investors, VC's, suppliers and other sources. Our consultation is designed to give you real world, practical advice from consultants who have actually been through the process.
We offer a confidential agreement that your information will not be shared with anyone outside our firm. We also reserve the right to reject any request for business consulting that proposes illegal activity.
