THIS IS A RETURNED ITEM. IT HAS A DIME SIZED DENT ON THE OUTER EDGE OF THE TOP STEP (SEE PHOTO). THE WHITE SPECKS ON THE STEPS IN THE SECOND PHOTO IS JUST SMALL PIECES OF STYROFOAM FROM PACKAGING.
