The Hatco GRAH-48 48" Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer keeps hot foods at optimum serving temperatures. Foods placed under the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer do not dry out or become discolored; even the most delicate dishes hold that "just prepared" look. The pre-focused heat pattern on the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer directs heat from a metal- sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface. The GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer is made of solid aluminum, so there is no risk of this food warmer "sagging" in the middle.
