Digital inkjet printing sheets series
Include common digital inkjet printing PVC sheet, water resistant inkjet printing PVC sheet and transparent inkjet printing PVC sheet, surface of the sheet is printable with colour inkjet printers, meantimc it can be screen printed and offset printed, when laminated, strong bonding strength is created between sheets digital sheet surface and coated film as well as between sheets, as a breakthrough of individualized card making and short run card production, this new technology simplified the process and lowers down the cost.

Laminate after drying of the ink
1)Mirror-print the image on the printing material,dry the ink completely (5-10minutes)
2)Remove the protection film on the middle material,put the printed material right on both sides of the middle material, then pass the laminator (Temperature around 150-180 C)
3)Cut the laminated sheet into standard card,remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
