New / old stock, T&B Steel City # 644 Cast Iron Four Gang Floor Box. UPC # 78599161837. Provides flush service for power, communitcations and data. Suitable for carpet or tile applications. Maximum capacity - 37.0 cubic inches per 2 gangs on the ends, and 41.0 cubic inches on 2 interior gangs. 3/4" conduit tapping. Comes with removable plastic partitions between the gangs. Not in the original box. DOES NOT come with the long mounting screws. This is a "New / Old" stock item, probably made around 1996. There is some spotty rust on scuffed areas from long storage. It appears to be superficial and should wire brush off easily. Some of the hub plugs are rusty as well (see photo). This floor box is New, unused and in good condition. NONE of the mounting corner ears are damaged.
