* Jouan MR1812 High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge
* Variable speeds up to 20,000 RPM on the dial and 15,800 RPM on the readout in my tests
* The panel has a sine wave graphic printed there and the centrifuge slowly ocillates the speed of the centrifuge around the target speed like the graphic shows (I think this is by design but I would like to hear from you if you know this is not normal for this machine)
* Temp range on dial from -10C to +40C
* Surplus to the needs of a college. Powers up, spins, refrigerates, the timer seems to be working fine, and the cover interlock is working correctly. The temperature knob is missing a decorative cap. That knob turns more than 360 degrees so the target temperature is set by the readout. The timer turns off the rotor but not the refrigeration which keeps working until the cover is lifted. Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, stickers and such from previous use. Nice item.
