I know nothing about this kind of stuff. I bought them in a box at a sale & will measure them & tell you what is wrtitten on them. The tallest is 8" high & is marked "UNION TOOL CO ORANGE MASS USA.". The middle measures 6 1/4" long & is marked "THE L.S. STARRETT CO ATHOL MASS USA". The middle measures 5 1/2" high & is marked "ATHOL MACHINE CO ATHOL MASS USA & TEMPERED". The round piece measures 2 1/4" diameter. One side is measured with "APPROXIMATE DECIMALS" & the other side "STANDARD WIRE GUAGE" (with emblem of an eagle). "IBS" trademark, BROWN & SHARPIE MFG CO PROVIDENCE RI USA". The ruler is by "The L.S. STARRETT CO. ATHOL, MASS. U.S.A.". "Marked No.C303SR". "TEMPERED" "1/10=100" &"1/50=020". Comes in a "Starrett" Case.
